MY ROLES

I led the end-to-end product design process for Oever’s digital platforms, combining UI/UX design, creative direction and business strategy:

​

  • Initiating the 0-1 design and development of the responsive official company website which communicates its artistic mission, cultural narratives and event details.

  • Leading the UX strategy and design for the e-commerce platform translating Eastern Craftsmanship into a premium, trustworthy shopping journey tailored to U.S. consumers.

  • Creative directing social media strategy for global audience engagement.

IMPACT

Within the first 6 months, the site attracted 80K+ visitors, resulting in partnerships with 20+ sponsors and generating $2.5M+ in sales.
